
Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas
A simple, delicious and healthy recipe for Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas that is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breasts (or shrimp!), sliced into thin strips
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, and green), sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Lime Infused Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Garlic Cilantro Balsamic Hot Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
- Optional toppings: low-carb tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, or salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with Garlic Cilantro Balsamic Hot Sauce, Lime Infused Olive Oil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
- Serve immediately with optional low-carb tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, or salsa if desired.
