It doesn’t have to be an Italian recipe to use Italian Seasoning Infused Olive Oil in any recipe as a replacement for one or two of the herbs like basil or oregano. Don’t limit your choices to only Italian dishes, although it’s molto bene on spaghetti and pasta dishes. Try it as a salad dressing, a dip for crusty bread, marinating chicken skewers, for lemon roasted cauliflower, or classic sausage and peppers! Delizioso!

Marjoram compounds have been shown to have anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. Marjoram essential oil is high in magnesium, potassium and a good source of beta-carotene (vitamin A), vitamin K and folate (vitamin B9). Marjoram is known to improve lung function in asthma, relieve cold symptoms; stomach, gallbladder and liver problems, and balance hormones to alleviate menstrual problems and menopause symptoms. It promotes sleep and aids in digestion. Marjoram also relieves muscle and nerve pain and sprains.
Rosemary: Active ingredients carnosic and rosmarinic acids have powerful antibacterial, antiviral, anticancer, and antifungal properties. High in manganese essential for metabolic health. Quickens healing and is known to brighten the mind aiding concentration and memory. The phytochemicals in rosemary may help to improve eye health, regulate liver function, and lower the risk of asthma. Oregano is a power packed medicinal herb with flavor similar to thyme and basil. Fresh oregano is a known antioxidant and anticancer agent. It has phytonutrients, thymol and carvacrol, which are antibacterial and anti-microbial. Also an excellent source of vitamin of vitamin E, vitamin K, manganese, iron, tryptophan and calcium.
