This oil is very versatile with a light Roasted Chile heat in the back of the throat and a combination of Roasted Garlic and Caramelized Onion. This one is great all by itself as a bread dipping oil, or try it as a finishing oil for grilled asparagus or creamy potato soup. Don’t waste time sautéing onions when you can let this oil do all the work for you.
